A comfortable, pet friendly 2 room suite with private entrance and fenced in yard.  Located on a quiet side street steps away from the Clinton Village Green, restaurants and shops. Suite on one floor, with a private bath.

Queen size bed and fold out couch will accommodate 4 comfortably. Private bathroom with hairdryer.  Kitchen area with small refrigerator, Keurig coffee brewer, and microwave. Electric fireplace, 55″ Satellite TV, free WI-FI, air conditioning, private parking, smoking is not allowed.

Well behaved pets are welcome (sorry no cats). We ask that pets are up to date on vaccines, flea/tick meds and are housebroken.  Pets must not be left alone in the suite.  Throws will be available to cover the sofa, chair or end of the bed for your pet’s comfort and furniture protection.

Breakfast:  Variety of coffee & teas, hot cocoa, fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins or doughnuts.

Hamilton College is just minutes away up the hill. Colgate University is about twenty minutes away in the small town of Hamilton, New York.

Utica’s many nearby attractions include: the Utica Comets hockey team, Broadway Theater League, the historic Stanley Theater, Players’ Theater, Matt’s Brewery where Saranac beer and Utica Club are made, the Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute (a satellite of the Pratt Institute), as well as Utica College, Mohawk Valley Community College, and SUNY Polytechnic Institute. We are located at the foothills of the Adirondacks, and about forty miles east of Syracuse University and LeMoyne College.
